Sachin Chawla
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Chawla been a Director of Insightful since April 2004. Sachin is Vice President of Product Development at GoldenGate Software, Inc., a provider of transactional data management solutions. Before joining GoldenGate in 2006, he served as Vice President of Data Integration at Business Objects following its 2002 acquisition of Acta Technology, Inc., a provider of data integration solutions. He co-founded Acta in 1996 and served in various roles, including CEO and several Vice President positions, until Acta’s sale to Business Objects. Before Acta, Sachin spent five years at Sybase, Inc., where he was a key lead in the development of Sybase’s Replication Server product line, and several years as a software engineer for IBM.

Jeff Coombs

Jeff Coombs, president and CEO of Insightful joined Insightful in May, 2003 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to interim President and CEO in October, 2003. On April 29, 2004, he became permanent president and CEO of Insightful. He was also elected as a member of Insightful's board.

Mr. Coombs is a seasoned executive with deep marketing, sales (both partner and direct), and strategic planning experience in the business intelligence, data integration and relational database spaces. Jeff most recently served as VP of Marketing and Market Development for Acta Technology, a leading data integration company, building that company from startup to a $30 million runrate. Acta was recently purchased by Business Objects. Prior to Acta, Mr. Coombs served as Group Director of Worldwide Partner Alliances & Strategic Marketing for Business Objects from 1994-1997, and held assorted Director level positions in Marketing, Channels, and Partnerships for Informix from 1989-1994. Previously, Jeff worked for Apollo Computer and Apple. Jeff holds an MBA from Harvard and a B.A. from Williams College.

Mark Ozur

Mr. Ozur has been a Director of the Corporation since March 2001. Mr. Ozur is a Staff Architect in the Office of the CTO at Microsoft Corporation. Previously he was a high technology management consultant. From October 2004 to October 2006, Mr. Ozur was the Chief Executive Officer of PredictableIT, a provider of hosted IT desktop solutions. Prior to founding PredictableIT, Mr. Ozur was the Chief Technical Officer of edge2net, Inc., a global provider of international telecommunications services. Prior to joining edge2net, Mr. Ozur was President and Chief Executive Officer of PulsePoint Communications, a publicly traded telecommunications enhanced services company. Prior to joining PulsePoint, he was Vice President, Engineering for Precision Visuals, Inc. and served in a variety of software development roles for Digital Equipment Corporation.

Ron Stevens

Mr. Stevens has been a director of Insightful since April 2006.  Since
December 2005, Ron has been working with several companies serving as a senior financial manager with focus on fundraising and restructuring. Previously, Ron served as CFO and COO of Loudeye Corporation, a digital media solutions company. From 2000 to 2004, he was CFO/COO of Primus Knowledge Solutions, a Seattle software company acquired by ATG in 2004. Prior to Primus, Mr. Stevens was COO of OnHealth Network Company, Inc., a consumer health care web site acquired by WebMD 2000. Before joining OnHealth, Mr. Stevens was Senior Vice President at consumer software company Sierra On-Line, Inc.
