Graphical displays are vital to the biostatistician’s role in uncovering key relationships in clinical data and effectively communicating and interpreting analytical results.  This presentation will focus on the use of S-PLUS’s traditional and trellis graphics to create both basic and intricate graphics for scientific presentations and research publications; clinical study reports and regulatory documents; and exploratory analysis of clinical data.  Over 70 individual graphics, each with associated code snippets, will be presented to highlight various aspects of S-PLUS’s graphical versatility and customization.
