MvA Hexbin Plot: hexagons are colored based on number of points
within the hexagons; this allows visualization of point density rather
than seeing a large blob of points
Genes Present Plot: shows %genes present on each chip, according to Affymetrix definition of 'present'
Print-tip Boxplot: for chip with 16 print-tip regions. This shows need for print-tip normalization
RNA Degradation Plot: shows expression as a function of 3'-5' position of probes from CEL file. Slope of these lines indicates potential RNA degradation in the samples.
