Reporting with S+ArrayAnalyzer Solution

ArrayAnalyzer produces interactive tabular and graphical summaries of differentially expressed genes resulting from a variety of available differential expression analyses. These results are linked to Genbank and proprietary databases for rapid identification and annotation of differentially expressed genes. Such interactive plotting and annotation is made possible by S-PLUS Graphlets™, lightweight applets produced by the S-PLUS engine and displayed inside a Web browser.

As an example, the following interactive S-PLUS Graphlet, produced by ArrayAnalyzer, shows the results of an ANOVA differential expression analysis in an experiment with six day baseline contrast. The output includes a summary page for differentially expressed genes for each contrast, volcano plots for each contrast, parallel coordinates plots for each contrast and a heat map. The tabular and graphical summaries from ArrayAnalyzer are linked to annotation information from Genbank. Left click on spot on the graphic to connect to the annotation.

An additional example contains output from clustering using Partioning Around Mediods using the same data from the ANOVA example. The output includes a PAM prinicpal component biplot, a Silhouette Plot and a trellised Parallel Cooedinates Plot. View graphlet.
