Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the Training department by email at training@insightful.com or by phone at 800.569.0123 and ask to speak with a Training Administrator. Fees are fully refundable if notification is received at least 30 days prior to the first day of the course. Registrants who cancel 16-29 days prior to the start of the course will be refunded 50% of enrollment fees. Registrants who cancel 15 days or less prior to the first day of the course will be charged 100% of the course fee.

While every attempt is made to provide classes as scheduled, Insightful reserves the right to cancel scheduled courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled, registrants will be notified within 7 days of the course start date. If a course is cancelled for any reason, Insightful will return all prepaid registration fees. Insightful is not responsible for any registrant expenses incurred related to the cancellation of Insightful courses.

Course Format

Instructor-led courses will consist of both lecture and hands-on instruction. Desktop PC’s will be provided to all students during the length of the instruction. Training manuals will also be provided during the course. These materials will be yours to keep.
