TIBCO Spotfire Support

Insightful was recently acquired by TIBCO Software and is now part of Spotfire, a subsidiary of TIBCO Software Inc. As result of the acquisition, the Insightful Technical Support team will take advantage of the established support infrastructure offered by TIBCO Software Inc to their customers.

The Insightful Support team has transitioned to the problem tracking system used by TIBCO Support, and are pleased to announce the availability of TIBCO Support Web: a Web interface that will allow customers to create, track, and update your problem tickets (referred to as Service Requests or SRs), Enhancement Requests, access to old Service Requests, Knowledgebase, Late Breaking News items and more.

TIBCO Support Web is the recommended and preferred mechanism for customers to report problems. All customers should begin by registering a support account. Click here to register!
